How do we really see ourselves? Are we mere humans prone to suffering, aging and
finally death with a few joy spots thrown in? Do we feel the pressures of life
like Atlas banished by Zeus to uphold the heavens and bear its weight on his
shoulders forever? If you grasp the new quantum view of this picture you will
see that the heavens which is made up of energy, is at one level weightless. Why
have we had to pull out all the stops for a measly survival, instead of
celebrating with ease and grace our effortless accomplishments? Why has it taken
so long for us to come to terms with who and what we really are - dynamic spirit
energy in the flesh?
It is time to gain a new quantum view of ourselves. We need to understand
and accept who we are. As Dr Chopra puts it, "we are victims of sickness, aging,
and death by gaps in our self-knowledge" and this lack of awareness of the real
I "leads to loss of control over the end product of intelligence, the human
body." Our aim then is to become intimate and at one with the source of our
being, the real 'I'; to become so familiar with our spirit source that nothing
can prevent us from experiencing the God of our beings or the good of our
beings, for we are anything but mere humans.
In physics, quantum is an indivisible entity of a quantity related to both
energy and momentum of the smallest particles of matter, also called fermions.
The universe is basically made up of fermions - matter and bosons - energy.
Matter is the stuff of the universe, and energy moves matter. Since the universe
is one unified field of matter and energy and each of us localized beings in
this field, wherever our energies are directed or our belief patterns go we have
the ability to, and do move matter. It is with our energy patterns that we
create our worlds, physically and experientially. Everything we see, everyone in
our lives, the things we love or the people we despise are all there because of
our particular energy patterns.
Physicists, while they have been able to split the atom and discovered
quarks and leptons, still ponder quantum effects which produce particles and
antiparticles out of nothing and then disappear moments later. What brings them
into material view and what makes them disappear? It is our attention or energy.
We do after all live in an intelligent universe.
The new books on prosperity recommend that we list the things we want out
of life - what kind of house, what type of career, the material trappings to go
with the new life. I ask, 'what don't we have' if we have access to everything
in the universe, and we do? The answer must lie in the 'why' don't we have all
that we want since it is within easy reach of each of us?
The next question that will be asked is what will we give in exchange for
our aspirations? This is a good question and while there are many good things
that we can and should do, the bottom line to this question is to be willing to
give up the old human view of self. Because the universe is an intelligent
energy system and we are localized points of equal intelligence within the
system, as we gain a new quantum vision of ourselves, everything around us will
change. We will shift the energy patterns that kept us stuck in sickness, aging,
and death as the only way out, to energy patterns of health, youthfulness and
eternal life. That which is changeless will emerge as our reality. Life will
shift from hard work to passionate play; from loneliness to self fulfillment;
from loss and limitation to abundance and prosperity. We don't have to define
quantity, time or procedure. We don't have to present the universe with a
shopping list. We don't need to understand everything at the human level, at the
divine level we already know all; if an airplane will serve you better than a
motor vehicle, that's what you will be provided with, without the asking.
Go beyond visualization, imaging, meditation, affirmation, reflection. We
don't have to coerce the universe - we have to know and be and do. God made the
world out of Her knowing. BEING the thing She wanted to create She took the
action, and it was so. This is beyond faith. This is an unshakable understanding
and final acceptance of ourselves as BEING, one with our Creator.
We are in the natural flow of intelligent energy. Its flow into matter
depends on us. The things we see and dislike about ourselves and others are
those that we create or help to sustain. Money is not the root of all evil; the
lack of money is the root of all evil, as is the lack of anything. The so called
evil is our insistence of not seeing the truth about money, ourselves and our
world. It is all our creation. All of it! What is out there for you? Yourself,
as the God that you have searched for and worshiped afar off; the God that was
ever nearer than hands and feet. You are the connecting link to the infinite
LIFE. One plus God is a majority. You have the backing of the entire cosmos
behind you.
Look in the mirror and see God.
